Version 2.3.0 - Add User Management

This version of the application includes a new User Management feature. Originally, I'd considered letting this be optional, but after a lot of thought, I have made it mandatory to log in to use the application. When you run the application for the first time you will be presented with a login screen. There is a default user named 'admin' with the password 'admin'. After logging in with these credentials the system will force you to change the password. It is set up to allow multiple users to be able to log in with their own credentials. To support this the Settings page has been updated with a user management system as well as general usability improvements like confirmation dialogs for deleting records.

Along with these changes, I have also finished migrating the application to Vue3's Composition API and to use Pinia. These technical improvements will assist in future changes with the application.

At this point I am not sure what I will do for the next release but I am leaning towards improving usability of the template builder.
