Version 2.2.1 - Enhanced Wiki

This version updates the Wiki component to utilize a new library. This new library (tinyMCE)  provides numerous new features and enhances existing features, most notably the table management. One of the new features is the ability to easily link to any page within the application. See below.

This version also updates the application to the latest versions of each of it's dependencies and has started the migration of the application from Vue2 to Vue3. This is because Vue2 was recently marked as End-of-life.

This release should be a backwards compatible.

Next changes:

For the next release I am planning on adding an optional user management system as well as the ability to serve the application with SSL with either a provided cert or a generated one from LetsEncrypt. I will also continue to migrate pages to Vue3.
